First, boil bowls of water.
Dump a tablespoon of vinegar into the water.
Add 3-5 drops of dye. (Depending on the shade you want to achieve)
Drop them eggs in it.
Let the eggs rest in the solution till colour change becomes visible.

Wax Method
Then comes when you decide which method to play on your dyed eggs.
This method requires you to drip wax in fancy patterns over the egg. The dripped on parts will remain blue (the base colour). Then drop your egg into another bowl of dye, (say.. red)

.. And this is what you'll get!
That's a cuppa milk, not liquid PVA. The toothpick is used to doff the wax.

Print Method
press the leaves/leaf on ur egg with the aid of a paintbrush and eggwhite.
next, wrap the egg with a stocking material and lower it into the bowl of dye.
There's also the Oil method

Yes it's intriguing to have a pro-DIY buddy from the corner around the block.
