waiting for macdelivery to arrive so decided to update.
Well what more can i say. its fellow, albeit slightly lamer(i'm so gonna get pinched or have kite string around my neck for this but who cares), blogger Soh hui yi's birthday! Well we kinda met up in the afternoon to look for a tour package to KL and Gentings with lloyd and the 3 of us. So, LUCY *screams heard in the background* suggested we go spring a surprise for Huiyi in the evening.
Thus, a highly thought out (i think) plan started with peiya kolling huiyi's beloved to check on their location and stuff.
KAKA: EH HUIYI'S LAKIKAWAN! MANA KAU? SAMA HUIYI TAK? DINNER PERGI MAKAN LEH? KEPALA BUTOH PUKI JUBOH
(translation: hello huiyi's bf? where you all now? are you with huiyi? where do you all plan to go for dinner? haha ok, I think huiyi looks good in winter sonata, do you think so? no? you prefer summer sunshine?)
Huiyi's BF: I-ONO MAEEEN I-ONO
(translation: I don't know man. I don't know)
ok maybe i added a teeny weeny bit but you get the idea. anyway we got the info that they were gonna eat at swensons ORCHARD. but peiya heard PLAZA SINGAPURA. sounds kinda far apart to hear wrongly eh? but its ok. we all make common mistakes like this. kelakar!
So! we went down to PS where we bought a jiu chen gao and the lady in the shop didnt seem too happy to provide us with love.
love= A candle and a box
then we went to carrefour to lek lek and suddenly peiya saw this perfect gift idea sitting at the end of a corridor.
Something random, bulky, stupid, useful, hard, gaudy in colour.
The perfect horrifying birthday gift!
And so we got a little green foldable chair, stool kinda thing which xiuhong had the honour of carrying around all the way to orchard.
The fun was the trip there of course.. we sat on travellators, escalators. basically all the random places.
On final approach, we scampered along the darkness of orchards streets to avoid any SHP(suddenly huiyi presence) as this was supposed to be a surprise. Then peiya went to spy and realised they were still queueing to get in!
In my mind:
Queueing= alot of people= huiyi gonna be surprised= huiyi looks at chair= huiyi embarrassed= boyfriend says ionomaaaen on repeat
So i lit the lone candle on the kueh and cautiously crept towards huiyi's back before peiya startled her with a happy birthday surprised!
